Position Description (Full-Time)

PSI is seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator to support a contingent award of a five-year Department of State contract to conduct Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, and Nuclear (CBRN) awareness and response training for U.S. embassies and facilities worldwide and domestic.  This is a non-supervisory position reporting to the on-site Project Manager.

Required Duties and Qualifications

The Administrative Coordinator will provide direct clerical/administrative support to the Program Director/Division Chief and to the Administrative Officer and more general administrative support to the other members of the program staff.  The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the point-of-contact for all traveling training teams; prepares all

relevant documentation for visas, passports and credentials; reviews and verifies all expense reports from team members; tracks all equipment issued to program employees; organize and schedule domestic escape mask training classes; process bi-weekly time and attendance; maintains the inventory of masks issued in those classes and of equipment issued to Regional Security Officers in domestic training; tracks the roster of first responders trained overseas and maintains various program statistics.

  • Experience working with international visa requirements and passport processing is required.
  • Skills and experience in personal computer use is required, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A current SECRET level clearance is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship
