Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the PSI Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Responsibility (the “Code”) is to state the principles of business ethics and conduct that PSI requires all employees to follow in dealings on behalf of PSI with the government, the general public, customers, suppliers, competitors, and fellow employees, and to outline the requirements of the PSI Ethics Compliance Program (the “Program”).
All officers and managers are responsible for making the Code known and regularly stressing its importance to employees over whom they have supervision.
