PSI is proud to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in its mission to keep the United States safe. Executive team members have an accomplished past performance history in the areas of emergency management, vulnerability and emergency risk management assessments, homeland security and response and recovery programs for multiple DHS and federal, state and local clients.
Specifically, PSI has supported multiple programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). These include, among others, the development of a cyber-response plan, National Level Exercise (NLE) support, Eagle Horizon Support, Integrated Emergency Management Course (IEMC) development and a nationwide port/mass transit needs assessment.
Also of importance are the readiness assessments conducted by PSI, to include gap analysis, needs assessments and cyber assessments. Technical assistance provided has included leveraging existing threat/vulnerability assessments, providing on-site technical experts and assessing the risk of potential attacks on assets.
Additionally, PSI assists DHS in conducting homeland security and emergency management exercises and in strategic and operational planning.
